Caton Farm Road construction

This goes out to our county officals who signed the contract with DDD Construction from Coal City; what the heck were you thinking. From the tracks west to County Line road, Caton Farm is being expanded to 4 lanes. This was to be done at the same time as the expansion from 59 west to the tracks but one house held it up for years. Now we have the construction going on but one problem...barricades are up, lanes have shifted, utilities move, north side if street riped up but no one, I repeat NO ONE has done a damn thing in the last two weeks.  There have been no construction workers of any kind. Plus, the light at Caton Farm and County Line has been changed to each direction has about a minute to a minute and a half.  There is no left turn lane. This is going to be a true cluster come next Thursday when the kids go back to school. So, Will County officals, whose fault is this? You go with the lowest bidder but they have so many other jobs going on, 55 at Arsenal, Rte 47 in Yorkville and others, they don't give a damn about Caton Farm road any longer.  I hold my 2 county representatives responsible for this.  Get off your butts, get out here, see what is going on and get it fixed!
