Illegal, Inappropriate, & Unethical

Well we've all heard 'Illegal' and 'Inappropriate' so now lets add 'Unethical' too? Below is the link to last nights Village Board Meeting. Trustee Racich brings up a great point of discussion in Trustee comments. He explained himself very well and deserves a lot of credit here. Vicky Polito follows up with some good points under public comment. This certainly needs further discussion and more readers need to be aware of what your elected officials are doing.
