Left behind Hidden River

It is 3:30 pm on saturday and every street in Plainfield is plowed except for the streets in Hidden River. We pay taxes between 8000 to 15000 a house a year, but yet we still do not have sidewalks, paved streets or basic services. On the paved street topic... This neighborhood has been here for over 9 years and every year the residents call to ask about them, and every year we are blown off. All this while other neighborhoods, the same age, are getting re paved. If we are not going to be treated like an incorporated area, then we should not be paying incorporated taxes.
