For what possible reason would three members of the Park District board vote to change the night and the location (for the second time in three months) of their meetings, when they know it means another board member -- someone with whom they often disagree -- can't regularly make it on that night? The current meeting space is plenty roomy, and nobody is complaining that Wednesday is a bad night for them.
