Video from Plainfield Village Board mtng of 3/3/14, short piece
A few people asked me to do this, so below is a link to a YouTube video of just about 6 minutes of the Plainfield Village Board meeting from last night, March 3, 2014. I did make the recording with the potential of posting it, but primarily I wanted my own clear copy, did not want to depend on the video recording done by the village itself, etc., in case there was a glitch. This clip starts with and contains most of Mayor Collins’ comment on the situation at the PTPD. Sorry, hit the record button a moment late. I think all that is really missing is his saying, to paraphrase and NOT a direct quote: I’ve been asked to comment on the situation at the park district. Then at about the 3 minute marker is my public comment calling for the resignation of Garrett Peck as a village trustee and why (or, really ONE reason why) I believe he is unfit for this role in public service.
