Clement Q. Jones, 17, 114611 General Drive, Plainfield, arrested Jan. 6 by the Joliet Metro Narcotics Squad and charged with two counts of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance.
Tiona Davis, 27, 14261 Napa Circle, Plainfield, arrested Jan. 5 by the Plainfield Police Department at Lockport and Hartong streets and charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license and on an in-state warrant.
