Plainfield Blotter: Arrests for Drugs, Suspended Licenses

Arrests reported by Plainfield police, other agencies.

Oct. 16


Valentin Vergara, 52, of the 2700 block of Discovery Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 4:13 p.m. at Lockport Street and Wood Farm Road and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, police said.

Oct. 17


Crystal Goss, 48, of the 1300 block of Monomoy Street in Aurora, was arrested by Plainfield police at 7:06 p.m. at Route 59 and Union Street and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, according to police.

Oct. 18


Tyler Cruz, 17, of the 2400 block of Emlong Street, Joliet, was arrested by Plainfield police and and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, according to jail records. Bond amount was $20,000.

Oct. 20 


Greg Likes, 54, of the 2600 block of Lawrence Street in Lake Station, Indiana, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving on a revoked/suspended license, operating a vehicle with expired registration and possession of a stolen title/certificate/license plate, according to jail records. Bond was set at $30,000.
