Plainfield Blotter: Arrests for DUI, Marijuana, Obstructing Justice

Sept. 19


Christina Armstrong, 18, of the 2100 block of Gallant Fox Circle, Montgomery, was arrested by Plainfield police at 6:41 p.m. at Commercial Street and Illinois Street and charged with obstructing justice, police said.

Anthony Garcia, 28, of the 900 block of Prairie Avenue in Joliet, was also arrested at 6:41 p.m. at Commercial and Illinois streets and charged with possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis and failure to signal, police said.

Joseph Molaro, 22, of the 2000 block of Illinois Avenue, Aurora, was arrested by Plainfield police at 1:02 a.m. at Moe Joe's, 24033 W. Lockport St., and charged with battery, according to police.


Oct. 2


Mark Anderer, 31, of the 8200 block of Woodvale Road, Frankfort, was arrested by Plainfield police at 7:27 p.m. at Joliet and Renwick roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.

Oct. 8


Iban Pantoja, 23, of the 24000 block of Quail Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Rockdale police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of manufacture/delivery of 10-30 grams of cannabis, driving on a suspended license and disregarding a stop sign, according to booking records.
