I was wondering when someone will finally got a ticket for using an electronic communication device while driving. back in aug I went with a friend to ISU area and on our drive there and back every single car we passed the driver was either on the phone or texting.

It is almost impossible to actually get the ticket unless you admit to it. Since a police officer cannot gain access to your phone the burden of proof is on you unless they get a warrant, which they wont for a misdemeanor
