Plainfield Blotter: Drug Charges, Theft, Driving 30+Over the Limit

Feb. 22

Thomas H. Kobiec, 42, of the 1600 block of Whispering Oaks, Plainfield, was arrested by the Illinois State Police Gaming Board/Joliet Harrah's Casino and booked into the Will County jail on charges of retail theft, driving on a suspended license, driving on a revoked license, operating an uninsured vehicle and disobeying a traffic-control device or officer, police said.

Daniel Zamora, 19, of the 13000 block of Rockefeller Circle, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Feb. 21

Nickolas S. Summer, 18, of the 25000 block of Latham, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of manufacture/delivery of 10-30 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Sina M. Beauchamp, 27, of the 7200 block of Bradley, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with driving 31-39 mph over the limit, police said.
