Conrado Mendez-Cruz, 36, of the 200 block of Prairie Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Plainfield police at 9:55 a.m. at Getson Avenue and Joliet Road on an in-state warrant and charges of speeding and driving without a valid license, police said.Nicholas Dewall, 26, of the 1900 block of Baldwin Way, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Plainfield police at 9:27 p.m. at Mobil, 14808 S. Route 59, and charged with criminal trespassing to land and disorderly conduct, according to police.
