Plainfield Blotter: DUI, Drugs, Contempt of Court

Sept. 10

Bethany J. McKenzie, 22, of the 2200 block of Buckingham Avenue in Westchester was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving without a license, driving an uninsured car, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needles/syringes, according to jail records.

Sept. 8

James Watson, 20, of the 14000 block of Hanford Court, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 1:13 a.m. in the 15800 block of Route 59 and charged with delivery of 30 grams or less of cannabis and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, according to police.

DeJon Weems, 21, of the 2000 block of Brunswick Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. at Hometown Drive and Renwick Road and charged with speeding and illegal transportation of alcohol, police said.

Victor Mata, 21, of the 21000 block of Prestwick Drive, Crest Hill, was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:03 p.m. at Lincoln Highway and Renwick Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operation of an uninsured vehicle, police said.

Sept. 6

Daniel Seasock, 28, of the 1900 block of Vermette Circle, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 7:18 p.m. at the Plainfield police department and charged with theft over $500, according to police.

Michael Ahern, 51, of the 0-100 block of Wheaton Center in Wheaton, Illinois, was arrested by Plainfield police at 11:02 p.m. at Joliet Road and Route 59 and charged with criminal trespassing to a vehicle.

Sept. 5

Craig Dziura, 45, of the 12400 block of Bobwhite Lane in Plainfield was arrested by Plaifnield police at 8:53 a.m. at the Plainfield Police Department, 14300 S. Coil Plus Dr., and charged with contempt of court, police said.

Mark Osmolski, 18, of the 24000 block of Golden Sunset Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 6:51 p.m. at the Plainfield Police Department, 14300 S. Coil Plus Dr., and charged with possession of a controlled substance and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, police said.

Sept. 1

Joshua Wilson, 27, of the 300 block of K Street in Quincy, Washington, was arrested by Plainfield police at 12:14 a.m. at Getson Avenue and Joliet Road and charged with illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger, police said.

Aug. 23

Alonte Jones, 20, of the 600 block of Mendota Lane, Romeoville, was arrested by Plainfield police at 9:52 p.m. Lincoln Highway and Spangler Road and charged with possession of 10 grams or less of cannabis, police said.
