Plainfield Blotter: DUI, Drugs, Leaving the Scene of a Crash

Plainfield-area arrests.

Dec. 18

Michael F. Crotty, 39, of the 1800 block of Brighton, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license violating required position/method of turning, according to jail records.

Joyce A. Pilger, 70, of the 11000 block of Heggs Road, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with driving a vehicle with no insurance and suspended registration and leaving the scene of an accident, police said.

Dec. 17

Jacob Newberry, 18, of the 25000 block of Wheat Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis, police said.
