Ramon Vargas-Morales, 36, of the 24000 block of Main Street in Plainfield was arrested by Plainfield police at 5:27 p.m. at Naperville Road and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid license and other equipment violations, police said. Bond amount was $150.
July 20
Chad Watts, 36, of the 2100 block of Prentiss Drive, Downers Grove, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. at 135th Street and Route 59 and charged with hit and run, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving an a suspended/revoked license, police said. He was also arrested on an in-state warrant.
July 22
Martha A. Flores, 41, of the 12000 block of Grande Poplar Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of theft over $50, according to jail records.

Genis Bartusiak, 18, of the 16000 block of Edgewood Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at 4:11 a.m. in the 16000 block of Edgewood Drive and charged with criminal damage to property, according to police.
