Plainfield Blotter: DUI, Retail Theft

Feb. 24

Lee Barefield, 20, of the 2100 block of Fairview, Lockport, was arrested at 1:49 p.m. at Walmart, 12690 S. Route 59, and charged with retail theft, police said.

Feb. 27

Christina Hunter, 32, of the 6600 block of Double Eagle, Woodridge, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. at 119th Street and Route 59 and charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and traffic signal violation, police said.

March 1

Kiyanna Younger, 21, of the 100 block of Gregory, Aurora, was arrested at 12:42 p.m. at Chicago Street and Route 59 and charged with driving with suspended registration/no insurance, police said.
