Plainfield Blotter: Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Texting While Driving

Davion King, 23, of the 400 block of Reed Street, Joliet, was arrested by Plainfield police at 4:27 a.m. at Brigade Lane and Independence Drive and charged with illegal transportation of alcohol. Felicia Hogue, 19, of the 1000 block of Alann, Joliet, was also arrested on a Will County warrant, police said.

Dalila Hickley, 36, of the 24000 block of Hazelcrest Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 7:15 a.m. at 127th Street and Route 59 and charged with driving without valid registration, contempt of court, driving an uninsured vehicle, speeding and texting/cell phone use while driving, police said.
