Plainfield Blotter: Man Arrested Near Plainfield North on Drug, Traffic Charges

Arrests reported by Plainfield police.

Dec. 9

Andrew Niedorowski, 22, of the 200 block of Ashley Court, Oswego, was arrested at 12:06 p.m. at Plainfield North High School, 12005 S. 248th Avenue and charged with possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis, possession of drug equipment and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.


Dec. 13

Patricia Summers, 63, of the 24000 block of Douglas Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. in the 12600 block of Route 59 and charged with theft of $500 or less, police said.

Dec. 14

Wesley Hoehn-Ruiz, 19, of the 100 block of Twin Oaks Drive, Joliet, and Diamond Sohol, 18, of the 1800 block of Black Hill Ridge in Plainfield, were arrested at 12:35 p.m. in the 16000 block of Silver Creek Court and charged with battery, police said.

Dec. 17

Michelle Rydzewski, 48, of the 13000 block of Merganser, Plainfield, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. at Michigan Street and Naperville Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane use, police said.

Dec. 19

Judy Holt, 62, of the 1200 block of Edgewater, Morris, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. at Walmart, 12690 S. Route 59, and charged with retail theft, according to police.

Dec. 23

Simone Harris, 20, of the 2200 block of Jericho Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 6:07 a.m. at Meijer, 13521 S. Route 59, and charged with retail theft, according to police.
