Brian Vicich, 58, whose address is listed in the 5100 block of LaCrosse Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at the Plainfield Walmart, 12690 S. Mike Fisher said Vicich, who appeared "highly intoxicated," was trying to remove money from an account set up by his family and became upset when he was told the account was maxed out for the month.
