Plainfield Blotter: Man Charged with Assaulting Officer

Sept. 26


Zachary J. Bopp, 19, of the 2400 block of Ingalls Avenue, Crest Hill, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis, possession of 30-500 grams of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting/obstructing an officer, disregarding a traffic-control device and driving with no registration light, according to jail records.

Miguel Anguiniga-Ferrer, 31, of the 1000 block of Lebanon Street, Aurora, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, failure to notify the owner of an unattended vehicle of damage, improper traffic lane use and driving without a valid license, according to jail records.

Nery R. Fajardo, 40, of the 6600 block of Morningstar, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated battery of a peace officer, aggravated assault on public property and resisting a peace officer, according to jail records.
