Plainfield Blotter: Man Charged with DUI, Driving Without a License

Dawn Tromp, 40, of the 500 block of Pheasant Chase Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. in the 12000 block of Route 59 and charged with battery and disorderly conduct, police said.

Dec. 6

Mark Schimanski, 46, of the 26000 block of Oak Crest Lane, Plainfield, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. at 135th Street and Savanna Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to yield at an intersection, driving without a valid license and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said.
