Plainfield Blotter: Man Charged with DUI, Obstruction

April 10

Stephen Caston, 58, of the 25000 block of Trelliage Avenue, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, according to jail records.


April 12

Robert Zarco, 23, of the 14000 block of Gladstone, Plainfield, was arrested by Crest Hill police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, driving 1-10 mph over the speed limit, driving an uninsured vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and obstructing a peace officer, according to jail records.


April 13

Samantha Kibler, 26, of the 13000 block of Capista Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail no charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis, police said.
