Plainfield Blotter: Shattered Windows, Cars and Homes Burglarized

Aug. 27
Someone entered a home in the 20000 block of Ardmore Circle and stole a laptop, TV and PlayStation III gaming unit, according to Will County Sheriff's police.

Someone shattered the window of a van in the 24000 block of Boulevard De John in Wheatland Township, police said.

Someone shattered the two driver's side windows of a vehicle parked at Edgewater and Edison Lane, police said.

Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a purse, credit cards and cell phone in the 13000 block of Kittyhawk Court, police said.
