Joshua Davis-Nguyen, 28, of the 300 block of Washington Street, Joliet, was arrested at a Kohl's, 11860 S. Route 59, and charged with retail theft. He was also issued a trespass warning, police said.
Nov. 22
Nicole Hamilton, 38, of the 13000 block of Cambridge Circle, Plainfield, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. at Industrial Drive and Route 59 and charged with theft over $500, police said.
Brandon Horton, 24, of the 200 block of Highpoint Drive, Romeoville, was arrested at 10:51 p.m. at Naperville Road and Route 59 and charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license; he was also arrested on an in-state warrant, police said.
