David B. Hisel, 44, 712 Cowles Ave., Joliet, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department and booked into the Will County Adult Detention Center on March 10 on an outstanding arrest warrant.
Carmen Gratace, 32, 26737 Lindengate Circle, Plainfield, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department on March 8 at her residence on an in-state warrant.
