Plainfield First Responders Recognized During EMS Awards

On Friday, May 23, Silver Cross Hospital held its annual Emergency Medical Services Awards Banquet.  The Plainfield Fire Protection District is pleased to announce that we received three Outstanding Call Awards during the banquet.  One award was for a call on July 17, 2013 for a heat stroke victim and the other 2 awards were for calls on Sept. 3, 2013 and Jan. 17, 2014, both calls involved the successful resuscitation of cardiac arrest victims.  

The Fire District employees who received the awards are: LT/PM Vince Baudek, FF/PM Robert Davanon, PM Karyn Eichelberger, FF/PM Randie Hillison, FF/PM Chad Krnac, FF/EMT-B Randy Krnac, FF/PM Mike Lough, FF/PM Damien McCarron, PM Jim Pubentz, PM Craig Rundle, LT/PM Joe Schroeder, FF/PM Carl Schultz, FF/PM Mike Smego and FF/PM Jason Stone.
