Plainfield Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

Kevin Ullery, 26, was arrested after sheriff's deputies executed a search warrant at his Feeney Drive home early Friday.

Additional charges could be pending against a Plainfield man arrested early Friday after Will County Sheriff's police discovered child pornography on his home computer, Deputy Chief Ken Kaupas said.

Kevin M. Ullery, 26, of the 23000 block of West Feeney was booked into the Will County jail on five counts of aggravated child pornography charges, according to jail records. Aggravated child pornography refers to images or video appearing to depict a child under the age of 13.

Following an investigation by the Will County Sheriff's Department and Will County State's Attorney's Office, Kaupas said deputies executed a search warrant early Friday at Ullery's home and discovered pornographic content involving minors on his computer.

"There's probably going to be some continued investigation," Kaupas said, noting it would be "premature" to discuss what was found on the computer.

"The computer itself has to be forensically searched," Kaupas said. "There could be additional (charges) coming, but that could take several weeks."
