Kara Jessica Kuschel, 18, of the 14000 block of Sam Adams Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Andres M. Carbajal, 25, of the 13000 block of Grande Poplar in Plainfield was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane use and illegal transportation of alcohol, according to booking records.
June 30
David B. Hisel, 46, of the 700 block of Cowles Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of theft of labor/services, according to booking records.
