Plainfield Police Blotter: Heroin Charges, Assault, Cannabis Possession

June 5

Kevin Raymond Swanson, 21, of the 26000 block of Whispering Woods Circle, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting a peace officer and driving on a suspended license, police said.

Dominic Bocconcelli, 22, of the 2400 block of Red Oak Court, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, police said.

June 4

Damien A. Miller, 32, of the 23000 block of Lockport Street, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of manufacture/delivery of 1-15 grams of heroin and indirect criminal contempt, according to jail records.

May 28

Zackery Roland, 18, of the 12000 block of Brighton Lane, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 11:44 p.m. at Roberts Avenue and Route 59 and charged with speeding and possession of 30 grams or less of cannabis, police said.

May 24

Jeffrey Kinney, 49, of the 100 block of Washington, Lombard, was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:32 p.m. at Fox River and Lockport streets and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driver and passenger seat belt violations, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving an uninsured vehicle, according to police.

Ahmer Ashraf, 27, of the 2100 block of Abbey Circle, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:54 p.m. in the 23000 block of Rolf Road and charged with possession of 30 grams of cannabis or less and possession of drug equipment, police said.

Demanuel Thompson, 23, of the 2300 block of Essington Road in Joliet was arrested by Plainfield police at 9:07 p.m. in the 24000 block of Champion Drive and charged with possession of 30 grams of cannabis or less, police said.

May 18

Stephen Carlson, 25, of the 700 block of Bayberry in Bartlett was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:19 p.m. at 143rd Street and Route 59 and charged with possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis, police said.

May 15

Jason Corner, 32, of the 23000 block of Norman Avenue, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 7:42 p.m. in the 23000 block of Renwick Road and charged with assault, police said.
