Plainfield Police Blotter: Theft Arrests, In-State Warrant, Suspended Registration Charges

Arrests reported by Plainfield police, Dec. 3-19.

Dec. 3

Tricia Carter, 42, of the 24000 block of Chicago Street, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 4:34 p.m. at Target, 12800 S. Route 59, and charged with retail theft, police said.

Dec. 8

Anthony Jordan, 20, of the 14000 block of Independence Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. at Walmart, 12690 S. Route 59, and charged with retail theft, according to police.

Dec. 17

Steven Higgenbotham, 27, of the 16000 block of Howard Street, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 3:50 p.m. at his home on an in-state warrant and taken to the Will County jail, police said.

Joel Kirstein, 36, of the 25000 block of Armstrong Lane, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 9:35 p.m. at Joliet Road and Route 59 and charged with driving a vehicle with suspended registration/no insurance, according to police.

Sergio Dimentel, 57, of the 22000 block of Miller Court, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:05 p.m. at 143rd Street and Route 59 and charged with improper use of registration, according to police.

Syed Mughni, 19, of the 5000 block of Meadowbrook, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 11:10 p.m. at Joliet Road and Route 59 and charged with driving a vehicle with suspended registration/no insurance, police said.

Dec. 19

Michael Wiley, 20, of the 1800 block of Grassy Knoll Court, Romeoville, was arrested by Plainfield police at 3:15 p.m. at 135th Street and Van Dyke Road and charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, police said.
