Plainfield Cmdr. Kevin Greco said the sexual abuse happened during a house party in January 2013 in the 13000 block of Stockton Avenue, and was reported shortly afterward by the victim. Police said the incident was non-consensual.
In May, a Will County judge issued an emergency no-contact order against Interial on behalf of a Plainfield minor, according to court records.
A warrant was issued Sept. 26 and Interial was arrested by Plainfield police on Sept. 28. He is due in court for a status hearing on Dec. 19.
