Warrant arrest
Gerald David Richardson, 22, of the 25000 block of Caton Farm Road, Plainfield, was arrested by Shorewood police on a warrant for failure to appear in court and taken to the Will County jail, police said.

Cannabis, ammunition charges
Mario A. Garner, 22, of the 1700 block of Golden Ridge Drive, Plainfield, was taken in to custody by Will County Sheriff’s police on charges of manufacture/delivery of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis and illegal possession of ammunition, according to booking records.

Warrant arrest
Jose Valdez, 43, of the 1800 block of Anne Lane, Morris, was arrested by Plainfield police at 1:19 p.m. at 143rd Street and Steiner Road on an in-state warrant, police said.
May 27
No valid license
Juan Balbas, 45, of the 23000 block of Stratford Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 8:05 p.m. at 119th Street and Route 59 and charged with driving without a valid license, police said.
Man charged with DUI
Richard Garcia, 24, of the 2200 block of Ingalls, Joliet, was arrested by Plainfield police at 2:18 a.m. at Chicago and Des Plaines streets and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Resisting an officer
Dezmond Steadman, of the 7600 block of Woodward Avenue, Woodridge, was arrested by Plainfield police at 7:53 p.m. at 24642 W. George Washington Drive and charged with resisting/obstructing a peace officer, police said.

Hit and run arrest
Joel Williamson, 18, of the 24000 block of West Champion Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 12:48 a.m. at 119th Street and 248th Avenue and charged with hit and run, police said.
Underage drinking
Deividas Dzikevicius, 18, of the 500 block of Roxbury Drive, Naperville, was arrested by Plainfield police at 12:44 a.m. at 13233 S. Millbank Dr. and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, police said.
