Police Blotter: Fender-Bender Leads to Drug Arrest for Plainfield Man

Arrests reported by Plainfield police, other agencies, Jan. 19-Jan. 23.

Jan. 23

  • Jacob M. Newberry, 17, of the 25000 block of Wheat Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis, police said.

Jan. 22

Michael P. Bocska, 21, of the 26000 block of Mapleview Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s police and booked into the county jail on a charge of resisting a peace officer/corrections employee, according to booking records.
