Police Blotter: Man Charged with Drug Possession, Battery
Arrests reported by Plainfield police, other agencies, Sept. 10-12.
Sept. 10
Michael Meehan, 32, of the 2S700 block of Timber Drive, Warrenville, was arrested by Plainfield police at noon at a business at 15800 S. Route 59 and charged with theft under $500, police said.
Linda Rossi, 42, of the 3000 of Sweet Maggie Lane, Naperville, was arrested by Plainfield police at 8:14 p.m. at Pasquinelli Drive and Route 59 and charged with operating a vehicle with suspended registration/no insurance, police said. Bond amount was $3,000.

Sept. 11
Nicolas Labellarte, 30, of the 0-100 block of Railroad, Sandwich, Illinois, was arrested by Plainfield police at 5:23 p.m. at Lockport and Van Dyke and charged with driving without a valid license, according to police. Bond amount was $2,000.

Demarcus Lyles, 33, of the 800 block of Victoria Drive, Montgomery, was arrested by Plainfield police at 9:18 p.m. at Fescue and Route 30 and charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, police said. Bond amount was $1,500.
Maria Nevarez, 33, of the 3000 block of Art Schultz Drive was arrested by Plainfield police at 9:57 p.m. at Geston and Joliet Road and charged with driving without a valid license, police. Bond amount was $120.
Sept. 12
Bobyn Jurcak, 25, of the 4000 block of Landing, Aurora, was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:50 p.m. at Renwick Road and Route 59 and hcarged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, police said. Bond amount was $2,000.
Guadalupe Pina-Luna, 30, of the 300 block of Rowell, Joliet, was arrested at 12:11 p.m. at Arnold Street and Route 59 and charged with driving without a valid license, according to police. Bond was set at $1,500.
Patrick Joseph Penkala, 21, of the 24000 block of Cropland, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and battery, police said. Bond amount was $7,500.
