Police Blotter: Plainfield Residents Charged with Burglary, Reckless Driving, DUI

Arrests reported by Plainfield police, other agencies, April 6-8.

April 6

Victor Hugo Santa-Cruz, 24, of the 22000 block of Plymouth Circle, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of reckless driving, police said.

Lisa Decker, 43, of the 14000 block of Penn Road, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 8:40 p.m. at Main and Michigan streets and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug equipment and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.

April 7

Melissa A. Slater, 31, of the 15000 block of Corbin, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will Couny jail on a charge of retail theft over $300, police said.

April 8

Nykole I. Gonzalez, 22, of the 1300 block of Dellmar, Joliet, was arrested by Plainfield police at 6:51 p.m. at Hunt Club Lane and Main Street and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, according to police.

Michael J. Scordo, 22, of the 2800 block of Crested Butte in unincorporated Plainfield was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of retail theft under $300, police said.

Eric Stenson, 53, of the 15000 block of River Road, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on a charge of criminal defacement to property, police said.

Robert Tweed, 20, of the 15000 block of Joliet Road, Plainfield, was arrested by U.S. marshals and booked into the Will County jail on a burglary charge, police said.
