See children, this is why condoms are necessary when playing around in the back seat of a Camero. You could accidentally impregnate the female, and one of these could pop out. He will be sued, the tavern will be sued, he will become a convicted felon. Ain't booze wonderful!!!

If he was so drunk he doesn't remember hitting someone over the head with a glass, why was the bar serving him?? All about the dollar!

Come on T BONE, you know that's an impossible task for bartenders and wait staff. How many times have u had someone else purchase drinks for you (alcohol or non) and you as a bar patron have no contact with bar staff. I know that place was packed that night due to the Midwest Brew Fest and I'm sure the staff was running their butts off, and I dont think thats what Tap House staff was thinking about $$$$$

Actually I work in a bar and it is pretty much all about the mighty $$$. I have seen people greatly overserved many, many times. Sometimes it's out of our ignorance, or not caring, and sometimes it's because we don't notice until it is too late. I personally feel grown adults should be able to handle their liquor. People get stupid drunk and ridicculous because they are there to "get wasted" and don't pace themselves and just have a good time. I have done it, when I was younger and childless, most people have at some point in thier lives. I DO NOT feel servers or bartenders should have to babysit someone just because they can't stop themselves from consuming too much alcohol. That is why the legal drinking age is 21, and yet I see even 40 year olds getting so drunk they can't walk or talk. Stupidity is the main cause, but money is a factor on our part, but NOT the only factor.

I am confused as to the After Party part...was he still celebrating the BrewFest from last weekend, over Labor day weekend?

We went there on the 25th with two other couples and found that the place was so packed that there was no room for us to sit - it was a loud and rowdy atmosphere - so we quietly left. Glad we missed this incident clearly associated with alcohol, testosterone, and unfettered emotions!
