Stolen Crown Vic
A male cab driver told police he left his keys inside his white and blue 2008 Crown Victoria taxi cab when he went into the Mobile gas station, 16360 S. Lincoln Highway. When he returned 10 minutes later, the cab was gone, Will County Sheriff's police said.

Laptop taken

Someone entered a residence in the 23000 block of West Bentley Drive in Plainfield and stole a laptop, according to sheriff's police.
July 26
Joliet man charged with DUI
Ricardo Munoz, 37, of the 500 block of Siegmund Street, Joliet, was arrested by at 2:08 a.m. at Frontage Road and Lincoln Highway and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.
July 29
Domestic battery charges
Michael Hanley, 36, was arrested at his home in the 13000 block of Lindengate Court at 10:49 a.m. and charged with domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, police said.
July 30
No license
Alexander Taylor, 18, of the 26000 block of South Bayberry, Channahon, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. at Lockport Street and Van Dyke Road and charged with driving without a valid license.
