Three Plainfield Teens Charged with Making Ecstasy

Arrests made by the Metropolitan Area Narcotics Squad, which continues to investigate the operation.

Three Plainfield teens have been arrested and charged with manufacturing the drug ecstasy, according to the Metropolitan Area Narcotics Squad.

Alexander C. Barrowman, 19, 1814 Hampton Court; Stacy J. Miller, 19, 22321 W. Niagra Court; and Jake Sohol, 17, 15205 S. Route 59, were booked into the Will County Adult Detention Center on Jan. 11 on one count each of felony manufacturing between 15 and 200 ecstasy pills.

Victor Markowski, deputy director of the narcotics squad, said that because the case is still under investigation, he could not provide any details on the nature of what the teens were doing or the circumstances of their arrests.

Bail was set at $25,000 for Barrowman and Sohol and $35,000 for Miller, according to the Will County booking sheet. Online inmate logs indicate all three remain held in the county jail.
