Will County DUI Arrests: Aug. 10

A look at who has been charged with driving under the influence around the county.

Joliet

Aug. 9 Christina Anderson, 36, 1605 S. Chicago St., Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Aug. 7 Kourtney D. Stevens, 33, 415 Maude, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, driving while license revoked and improper traffic lane usage.

Aug. 5 Ruben Grajedas-Cruz, 32, 432 Meeker, Joliet, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on a suspended license, failure to notify authorities of an unattended vehicle, failure to reduce speed and improper traffic lane usage.

Aug. 4 Jennifer N. Grindstaff, 26, 833 Theodore, Crest Hill, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Plainfield 

Aug. 4 Joseph Petrovic, 53, of the 25000 block of Cottage Road, Wilmington, was arrested by Plainfield police at 1:22 a.m. at 127th Street and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, driving without valid registration and operating an uninsured vehicle, police said.
Aug. 3 Benjamin Wiegold, 23, of the 0-100 block of McGrath Lane, Naperville, was arrested by Plainfield police at 2:09 a.m. at Joliet Road and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use, police said. 

July 24 Sarah Fairthorne, 21, of the 12000 block of Meadow Lane, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 1:02 a.m. at Marigold Road and Meadow Lane and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and possession of 30 grams or less of cannabis.

July 18 Jeffrey Dano, 33, of the 10000 block of 248th Avenue in Naperville was arrested by Plainfield police at 6:17 p.m. at Chicago Street and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of 30 grams or less of cannabis and possession of drug equipment, police said.

Bolingbrook

July 27 Jose Rodriguez, 38, 221 Far Hills Dr., was charged with improper lane usage, driving on a suspended license and DUI at about 3:37 a.m., following a traffic stop at Briarcliff Road and Delaware Drive, according to Bolingbrook Police. 

July 28 Alejandro Galindo, 35, 409 Providence Ct., was charged with DUI, improper lane usage and no valid driver’s license, following a traffic stop at Route 53 and Beaconridge Drive at 12:17 am., according to Bolingbrook Police.
 
July 29 Martin Gacinda-Laguna, 21, 4P Fernwood Dr., was charged with two counts of DUI, no valid driver’s license, leaving the scene of accident and no insurance, following a traffic stop on the 500 block of Remington Blvd. at 7 p.m., according to Bolingbrook Police. 

July 30 Christine Panico, 53, 2328 Crab Tree Ave., Woodridge, was charged with improper lane usage, driving on suspended license, DUI/drugs and possession of controlled substance, following a traffic stop at Falconridge Way and Janes Avenue, at 6:22 p.m., according to Bolingbrook Police.

Romeoville

July 23 Donald White Jr., 73, of the 11000 block of Holmes Avenue in Palos Park was arrested at 6:33 p.m. at Weber Road and Lakeview Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment.

July 15 Gina Turek, 42, of the 400 block of Dalhart, Romeoville, was arrested at 4:32 a.m. on Dalhart north of Belmont and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal parking, police said.

Channahon

Aug. 3 Taylor L. Salazar, 19, 24545 S. River Trail, Channahon, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police for DUI after the vehicle he was driving got caught up on a pile of old tries in the parking lot at 24001 W. Lorenzo Road (Mobil Truck Plaza), Wilmington. 

Aug. 2 Shari L. Valdes, 50, Shorewood, was arrested by Channahon police for DUI (BAC .08 or more), operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.
