Will County DUI Arrests: Aug. 24

A look at who has been charged with driving under the influence around the county.

Joliet 


Aug. 21 Manuel Guzman, 40, of 413 Garnsey, Joliet, was arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Plainfield


Aug. 17 Jason R. Ballarini, 32, of the 15000 block of Joliet Road, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and local traffic ordinance violation, according to jail records.


Aug. 16 Sarah Tamez, 33, of the 1500 block of Oriole in Plainfield was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving driving 15-20 mph over the speed limit, according to jail records.

Aug. 9 Peggy Boris, 44, of the 16000 block of Howard Street, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:17 p.m. at DesPlaines and Lockport streets and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper backing and operating an uninsured vehicle, police said.

Romeoville


Aug. 21 A Romeoville man was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed, according to Will County Sheriff's Office records. Joseph Wiley Fricker, 56, of 757 Geneva, Romeoville, was booked into the Will County legal system on charges of DUI and failure to reduce speed Wednesday morning. He initially was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Aug. 4 Joel Miramontes, 22, of the 1100 block of Schriber Avenue, Joliet, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. at Weber and Taylor roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, failure to signal and failure to notify secretary of state of an address change, police said.

July 23 Anthony McDonald, 41, of the 500 block of Fourth Avenue, Joliet, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. at Route 53 and Montrose Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, improper lane use and not having his license on his person, police said.

Bolingbrook 


Aug. 19
 Heriberto G. Quintero, 37, of the 200 block of Lee Lane, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and muffler violation, according to jail records.
