Will County DUI Arrests: Jan. 5

A look at recent driving under the influence arrests.

Joliet

Dec. 30 Francisco Vasquez, 36, 803 John, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 30 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content over .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no driver's license, improper traffic lane usage and failure to wear a seat belt.

Jan. 1 Terrance S. Collins, 26, 363 N. Broadway, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Jan. 1 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, blood alcohol over .08, no driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to drive on the right side of the road and failure to reduce speed.

Dec. 31 Romualdo Delaluz, 36, 309 Polson, Joliet, arrested and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 31 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed.

Romeoville

Jan. 1 Andrew L. Hallbrooks, 56, 989 Princeton, Romeoville, arrested by the Romeoville Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Jan. 1 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, carrying/transporting alcoholic liquor, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed.

Dec. 21 Aurelio Ramirez, 49, of the 100 block of Mt. Lauren Court, Romeoville, arrested by the Frankfort Police Department at about 10:40 p.m. Dec. 21 at Harlem Avenue and Lincoln Highway on charges of driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving with a suspended license, no insurance, disobeying a traffic control device, driving in the wrong lane and improper lane usage.

Plainfield

Dec. 21 Joseph Kalec, 28, of the 2800 block of Frank Turk Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:42 p.m. at Essington Road and Main Street and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, according to police.

Dec. 29 Brandon Selinger, 22, of the 700 block of Belmont, Romeoville, was arrested by Plainfield police  at 12:33 a.m. at Lockport Street and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving a vehicle with suspended registration/no insurance, police said.

Bolingbrook 

Dec. 16 Richard Robles, 19, 419 Assembly Dr., was arrested at 3:13 a.m. and charged with DUI following a traffic stop on the 300 block of Commons Drive, police said. 

Dec. 16 Roman Rapatalo, 21, 1568 Trails End Ln., was arrested at 4:16 a.m. and charged with speeding and DUI following a traffic stop on the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive, police said.

Dec. 15 Joi Phoenix, 30, 473 Galahad Rd., was arrested at 3:48 a.m. and charged with DUI following a traffic stop on the 500 block N. Pinecrest Road, police said. 

Dec. 14 Joel Gonzalez, 29, 9 Fernwood Dr. was arrested at 11:32 p.m. and charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Lot V of Fernwood Drive, police said. 

Dec. 14 David Lord, 44, 6311 Brunswick Dr., Plainfield was arrested at 2:22 a.m. and charged with DUI, no insurance and speeding following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive and Concord Lane, police said.
