A look at who's facing driving under the influence charges from around Will County.

Joliet


May 28 David L. Terry, 24, 5204 Burgess, Plainfield, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on May 28 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/intoxicating compounds/drugs and criminal trespass to property.

May 23
 Daniel J. Rice, 20, 101 Marble, Joliet, arrested by the Channahon Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on May 23 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of any amount of drug, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, obstructed driver view and stopping, standing, parking violations.

Bolingbrook


May 19 Julio Cisneroa, 28, 22314 W. Niagara Ct., Plainfield, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. and charged with DUI, no insurance, improper turn at intersection and improper lighting following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive and Lily Cache Lane, police said. 

May 19 Heriberto Quintero, 37, 226 Lee Ln., was arrested at 8:57 p.m. and charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and muffler violation following a traffic stop at Flagstaff Drive and Blackhawk Lane, police said. 

May 16 Jessica Nevarev, 21, 233 S. Orchard Dr., was arrested at 7:01 a.m.and charged with DUI following traffic stop on the 200 block of Orchard Drive, police said.

Plainfield


May 27 Andrea Hayward, 45, of the 12000 block of Elizabeth, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI and disregarding a stop sign, police said.

May 24 Peter Lamontagna, 38, of the 7000 block of Sahara Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 12:44 a.m. at Lockport Street and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use, police said.

Romeoville


May 19 Abigail Machin, 23, of the 700 block of Echo Avenue, Romeoville, was arresed at 1:05 a.m. at Arcadia and Farragut avenues and charged with driving under thye influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, driving an uninsured vehicle, failure to signal and no seat belt, according to police.

May 12 David Abrigo, 19, fo the 1-100 block of Pine Lane in Hodgkins was arrested by Romeoville police at 1:33 a.m. on Route 53 north of Airport road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and driving without a valid license, according to police.

May 7 Adrian Cahue-Santillan, 19, of the 800 block of Oakton, Romeoville, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. at Weber and Taylor roads and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an uninsured vehicle, making an improper U-turn, disobeying a stop sign, disobeying a traffic-control device and possession of cannabis, police said.

May 4 Alfonso Guerrero, 36, of the 1700 block of William Drive, Romeoville, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Weber Road north of Airport Road and charged with driving under the influence, possession of cannabis, no insurance, improper lane use and operating unsafe equipment, police said.

Minooka


May 25 Sergio Hernandez-Ramirez, 35, Lockport, was arrested by Minooka police for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 500 block of Wildy Road, Minooka, on May 25, 2013. He also was cited for driving while his license was suspended, driving too fast for conditions and operating an uninsured vehicle. Hernandez-Ramirez posted $300 bond and was released.
