Will County DUI Arrests: March 3

Check out who's been charged with driving under the influence this week.

Joliet

Feb. 27: Calvin Williams, 50, of the 300 block of Grover, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving 1-10 mph over the limit and driving on a revoked license, police said.

Feb. 20: Maurice Foster, 31, of the 1100 block of Frederick, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, according to jail records.

Feb. 19: Cornell J. Cunningham, 25, of the 0-100 block of Fifth Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and changing lanes without signaling, police said.

Feb. 16: Renee L. Rink, 52, of the 16000 block of Burgundy, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an uninsured vehicle, according to jail records.

Feb. 14: Hermelindo Rodriguez, 33, of the 200 block of Eastern Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting a peace officer, driving on a suspended license, driving an uninsured vehicle, seat belt violation, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to possess a valid driver's license, according to police.

Plainfield

Feb. 28: Jeremy Fritz, 34, of the 1200 block of Alene, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence, no registration light and driving an uninsured vehicle. 

Feb. 15: Jan Duda, 40, of the 1500 block of Freedom, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked or suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol, police said.

Feb. 10: Douglas Wuerfl, 44, of the 22000 block of Deer Path Lane, Plainfield, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. in the 13000 block of Hunt Club Lane and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.

Bolingbrook

Feb. 19: Eileen Seaton, 41, of the 1100 block of Ohio Street, Glenwood, was charged with improper lane use and driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop at Boughton Road and Schmidt Road, police said.

Feb. 15: Nathan Vargas, 22, of the 700 block of Rogers Road, Romeoville, was arrested and charged with improper lane use, driving too fast for conditions, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop at Lawton Lane and Frontage Road, police said.

Feb. 14: Roberto Torres, 21, of the 200 block of Seneca, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Crestwood police and taken to the Will County child on charges of driving under the influence of cannabis with a child passenger, driving on a suspended license and driving 26-30 mph over the limit, according to jail records.

Feb. 12: Kathryn Hiero, of 15655 116th Ave., Orland Park, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to signal and no insurance following a traffic stop at Boughton Road and Aspen Drive, police said

Feb. 9: Thomas Pierce, 49, of the 200 block of Bedford Road, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. and Bedford and Rockhurst and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, traffic sign violation and no insurance, police said.
