Will County DUI Arrests: Sept. 28

A look at who has been charged with driving under the influence around the county.

Joliet


Sept. 25 Miguel A. Ortega, 41, 916 Cochrane, Joliet, was arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and blood alcohol content over .08.

Sept. 23 Michael T. Ryle, 42, 9075 Kine Road, Morris, was arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on two counts of felony criminal damage to government property and one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, driving on the sidewalk, leaving the scene, failure to reduce speed and improper traffic lane usage.

Sept. 22 Ricardo Garcia Jr., 20, 2718 Discovery, Plainfield, was arrested by the Joliet Police Department on a driving under the influence of alcohol charge and released on a $100 and forfeiting his driver’s license.

Sept. 22 William M. Disera, 62, 201 Timberline Court, Joliet, was arrested by the Joliet Police Department on a driving under the influence charge and released on a recognizance bond. 

Plainfield


Sept. 14 David Oakley, 28, of the 12000 block of Waterford Boulevard, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 2:38 a.m. at Industrial Drive and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, possession of drug equipment, driving an uninsured vehicle, resisting a peace officer, driving on a suspended/revoked license and violating a traffic signal, police said.

Sept. 18 Jennifer Brown-Alers, 38, of the 26000 block of Whispering Woods Circle, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 7:03 a.m. at a different address in the 26000 block of Whispering Woods Circle and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and criminal trespassing, according to a police report.

Bolingbrook

Sept. 26 Derrick Gerald Robinson, 412 Wellington, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Will County Sheriff’s police on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Sept. 22 Martiniano M. Apanco, 43, 102 Greentree, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Romeoville police on charges of DUI (BAC 0.08), operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlicensed, driving 1-10 mph above the limit and transport or carry. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Sept. 20 Joel Gonzalez, 29, 9 Fernwood, Bolingbrook, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police on charges of aggravated DUI and no valid driver's license. He was transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

Sept. 16 Adam Nikkel, 19, 862 Rebecca Lane, was charged with reckless driving, hit & run, DUI/drugs and a traffic sign violationfollowing a traffic stop at Seneca Lane & Schmidt Road at 10:07 a.m. 

Sept. 15 Tammy Ryder, 49, 715 Belmont Drive, Romeoville, was charged with improper lane usage, no valid driver’s license, DUI and no insurance following a traffic stop on the 100 block of E. Crossroads Pkwy. at 2:42 a.m. 

Sept. 13 Paul Delisio, 31, 15801 Peggy Lane, Oak Forest, was charged with DUI, no insurance and equipment violation following a traffic stop at Boughton Road and Delaware Drive at 3:13 a.m. 

Sept. 12 Jalill Hudson, 18, 30 G. Wilwood Lane, was charged with two counts of DUI and no insurance following a traffic stop on the 100 block of N. Bolingbrook Drive at 1:45 a.m.

Sept. 12 Fernando Laguinas, 46, 2510 W. 83rd St. Downers Grove, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop on the 100 block of E. Boughton Road at 8:20 p.m.

Sept. 10: Stephanie Buczek, 28, 152 Seabury Road, was charged with DUI, speeding, driving on a suspended license and no insurance following a traffic stop on the 100 block of W. Boughton road at 11:27 p.m.

Romeoville 

Sept. 14 Deon Brown, 21, 804 Harris Lane, Romeoville, was arrested on charges of DUI, no valid DL, driving too fast for conditions and criminal trespass to vehicle in the 700 block of Six Pines. 

Sept. 14 Timothy Eastman, 49, 606 Sherwood Court, Romeoville, was arrested on charges of DUI, no insurance, DWLR, speeding, aggravated DUI, in-state warrant, fleeing from an officer and improper lane usage at Route 53, south of Taylor Road.

Sept. 8 Megan Smallwood, 20, 707 Echo, Romeoville, was arrested by Romeoville police on charges of speeding, DUI, improper lane use, no insurance, fail to signal, possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment, illegal transportation of alcohol and illegal consumption of alcohol at Route 53 and Taylor Road.
