A 22-year-old Romeoville woman suffered minor injuries in a Thursday evening crash in Na-Au-Say Township, Kendall County Sheriff's police said.
Katie Payne, 22, was driving east on Route 126 near Schlapp Road at around 6:17 p.m. when Manan Mehta, 31, of Joliet, failed to yield at the intersection, striking her car, police said.
Plainfield paramedics took the woman to Edward Hospital with minor injuries, according to police.
Mehta was cited for failure to yield and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said.
According to police, Payne was also cited for driving an uninsured vehicle.
