Eastbound 119th Closed for a Week Starting Monday
Closure required so underground pipeline can be repaired; detour using 127th will be set up.
The eastbound lane of 119th Street will be closed for about a week, starting Oct. 31, so that Oneok (formerly Kinder Morgan) can inspect and repair a pipeline located beneath the pavement, officials said.
The work will also affect the southbound turn lane at Route 59, which will also be closed.
Westbound 119th Street will not be affected, and access to the commercial businesses and Olympic Drive will remain open. However, other traffic will be detoured to 127th Street.
