Plainfield Board to Discuss Strategic Planning During Special Meeting

Prior to a June 12 public meeting, the Plainfield Village Board will meet Saturday for an informal discussion on creating a Strategic Plan for the village.

A special meeting is set for 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 8, at Village Hall, 24401 W. Lockport St. 

Following public comment, trustees and staff will have an information discussion regarding strategic planning. (The meeting agenda is attached)

Four days later, the village will host "an evening of visioning" as officials seek public input on the plan. The event is set for 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, at Plainfield North High School, 12005 S. 248th Ave.
