Romeoville Girls Remain Unbeaten

The Lady Kingsmen kicked off the second half of their season with a 35-20 victory over the Crossroads Crusaders to remain unbeaten. Romeoville was led in scoring by Freshman Jessie Perez with 19 points. Early foul trouble threatened the Kingsmen when leading rebounders Erica Ware (11 rebounds) and Casey Perez (9 rebounds) were sidelined with 3 fouls each in the second quarter. The bench stepped up and held the lead never allowing the Lady Kingsmen to fall behind. Romeoville Christian will try to improve to 9-0 when they face Kankakee Trinity Academy at home on Tuesday, January 14th.
