How To Get The Hiring Manager To Hire YOU!

Presented by Tom Nosal, you’ll learn what is really going on during the interview process from the hiring manager’s point of view. You will change your thought process and develop a new skill to dramatically increase your chances of getting to the next step and getting hired.

We meet Tuesday, February 28 in the St. Mary Immaculate Parish “Faith Sharing Room” at 15629 South Route 59 in Plainfield.

During this interactive presentation and mini-workshop, you will learn:

  • How to become the Most Wanted
  • What the interview process really is
  • Reframing your thought process and approach to interviewing
  • The One Tool you ABSOLUTELY must bring to the interview
  • How to develop that tool

Participants are encouraged to bring a copy of your resume/handbill and a job posting you are interested in to get the maximum benefit of the workshop.

Tom Nosal is an award winning speaker and presenter who brings real life experiences and a little levity to every presentation.  He has delivered presentations to several area community groups and was the 2009 winner of Toastmaster’s Humorous Speech Contest. He has over 15 years of experience as a hiring manager and will share some insights on unlocking the mystery of the hiring process.

If you are new to networking, come at 6:30 pm for an introduction to networking tools like the Handbill and the Elevator Speech. At 7:00 pm, our program featuring Tom Nosal will start. Later, you can work one-on-one with Tom or our other coaches to improve your resume, to practice interviewing skills or expand your network. Bring copies of your handbill or resume.

We help job seekers succeed. There is no cost to attend, pre-registration is not required, and everyone is welcome. Our members represent all ages, work backgrounds and future desires. Dress is casual.
