On Aug. 21, from 6 until 8 p.m., one of the Red Hot Mama series will be presented and women, aged 40 and better are invited. This free educational and inspirational program is sponsored by Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center, and will be held at the Healing Arts Pavilion, 410 East Lincoln Highway, New Lenox. Red Hot Mamas is a Menopause Management Education Program that focuses on offering information for pre-, post- and menopausal women to help alleviate discomfort and improve overall health during this important time of life. Join nationally acclaimed breast and general surgeon Wendy Marshall, M.D., as she provides an inside look at The Women’s Center at the Provena Healing Arts Pavilion and the services offered to improve health and overall well being at this time of life.
