Teen Summit

Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Incorporated, Chi Sigma Omega Chapter, through its philanthropic arm the Spirited Pearls Foundation, will host our 3rd annual Teen Summit. This event will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Bolingbrook Community Center, 201 Canterbury Lane, Bolingbrook IL.  This event is FREE to the public; however, advanced online registration is required in order for teens and adults to participate.

The purpose of this event is to educate teens, 8th through 12th grades, through a series of workshops directed at physical and mental health issues such as HIV/AIDS & STD Awareness, Human Trafficking, Nutrition & Fitness, Cyber Etiquette and Environmental Science & Engineering Education.  As a special addition, Chi Sigma Omega will offer an Adult Coffee Chat.
